Where planned spending stops being a surprise.

About this journal

One desk, one notebook, no sponsors.

FundSettle is run by five people who have all, at some point, been ambushed by a bill they knew was coming. We're based in three time zones and share one conviction: that 'saving for later' fails when later stays vague. We make it specific.

Our editorial method is simple. We test every system we recommend—usually on our own accounts—then publish what broke, what adjusted, and what actually transferred from spreadsheet to reality. We don't take sponsored placements in our calculations. When we mention a tool, we disclose how long we used it and whether we paid for it.

We answer reader email at [email protected]. We don't offer personal financial advice, but we will walk through your numbers with you if the story helps others. Corrections run at the bottom of articles, dated, with what changed.
